It is a state where nature, community, and inner contentment are intrinsically linked, each element nourishing the others. This philosophy stands in contrast to a view of wellness as a series of isolated, often strenuous, self-improvement tasks. Instead, velvære is a gentle, continuous practice of aligning one’s life with the foundational pillars of human flourishing.
