REFUND POLICY

At Nordic Life Longevity, we stand behind every bottle with our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • The product must have been purchased directly from nordiclifelongevity.com.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • For full refunds, the product must be unopened with the safety seal intact. Opened products are eligible for a one-time satisfaction refund per household per SKU, in line with U.S. supplement industry standards.
  • Subscription orders may be canceled or paused at any time. Refunds on shipped subscription orders follow the same 30-day rule.

How to request a refund

Email support@nordiclifelongevity.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We respond within 1 business day. If approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label (U.S. only) or return instructions (international). Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

International returns

  • EU customers (DAP markets including France): customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable; we will refund the product price only.
  • EU customers (non-DAP): full product price refunded; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Outside the EU: please email us before shipping a return.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

Non-returnable items

  • Final-sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary; lack of expected results is not, on its own, grounds for a refund outside of our 30-day satisfaction window.
