SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
Processing time
- Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our U.S. fulfillment partner (ShipCentral, Utah).
- Subscription renewals process automatically on the renewal date.
- Orders placed Friday after 12:00 p.m. MT, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays are processed the next business day.
U.S. shipping
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days): rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Priority shipping (2–4 business days): available at checkout where eligible.
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
- Product prices shown on the website exclude applicable U.S. sales taxes. Any required state and local sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on the shipping destination.
EU shipping (DDP markets — excluding France)
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days.
- For eligible EU orders, applicable VAT and import duties are calculated and paid at checkout under our Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping program. No additional import charges should apply upon delivery.
- Tracking is provided once the order ships.
France shipping (DAP)
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days.
- Orders shipped to France are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Customs duties, VAT, and any import or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Tracking is provided once the order ships.
Non-EU Europe shipping (including Norway, UK, Switzerland)
- Standard delivery: 7–14 business days.
- Orders shipped to non-EU European countries are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Customs duties, VAT, and any import or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Tracking is provided once the order ships.

- Orders shipped outside the U.S. and EU are generally delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number by email when it ships. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking after the email arrives.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email support@nordiclifelongevity.com with your order number and we will open a trace with the carrier.
Address changes
Once an order has been transmitted to ShipCentral (typically within 1 hour of order placement), we cannot change the shipping address. Contact us immediately if you need to correct an address; we will do our best.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew on the cadence chosen at checkout (monthly or bi-monthly). You can edit, pause, skip, or cancel any time from your account portal.
